Metabolic Health Review and Medical Treatment

  • Physician specializing in personalized metabolic health solutions, offering tailored assessment, treatment plans, and ongoing support to help you achieve and maintain a healthier you. We aim to improve your overall health, manage adiposity-related conditions, and work to ensure lasting results for a healthier, happier life.

  • Physician consultations and visits are OHIP-Covered. There is no charge to you. Referral from a physician or nurse practitioner is required.

    If you are not covered by OHIP, a referral is not necessary. Fees will be based on, and consistent with the Ontario Medical Association recommendations.

Dietitian and Counselling Services

  • Support from a Registered Dietitian to help clients achieve their personal nutrition goals. Our approach emphasizes empowerment, fostering a collaborative environment to create realistic and sustainable nutrition care plans. These plans are tailored to your lifestyle, preferences, and specific nutritional needs.

    We also understand that achieving and maintaining a healthy you is quite involved. It's a journey that often benefits from addressing the emotional and psychological factors that influence our relationship with food and our bodies.

    That's why we offer compassionate and comprehensive counselling services by a Registered Psychotherapist designed to support you every step of the way. Our approach is multifaceted, recognizing that true health encompasses your mind, body, and spirit. We offer Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), a highly effective modality that helps you identify and change unhelpful thought patterns and behaviors related to eating, body image, and self-esteem.

    Beyond CBT, our experienced psychotherapists utilize a range of other evidence-based modalities tailored to your unique needs.

  • Dietitian Services:

    $160 CAD 1 hour consultation

    $100 CAD per 30 minute consultation

    Counselling Services:

    $170 CAD 1 hour consultation

Kinesiology

  • With support from a Registered Kinesiologist, this service aims to help individuals establish and build health and fitness goals that align with diverse lifestyles.

  • $130 CAD + HST per 1 hour session

    $45 CAD + HST per group session
